 I doubt it. Those wheels look like after-market ones. I'd say this is a `95-`98 E38 Euro 740iL. Note the typical aftermarket clear turn-signal lamps.

 The car is a fully loaded 750iL. It has some exclusive equipment such as rear wood tables and rear vanity mirrors.

In Russia BMWs are mainly nicknamed "бумер" (bumyer) or "бэха" (bekha).

 O248BH77 is a real plate and registered to a 2001 735iA. However, this may simply be someone who liked the film and bought a similar car with a 'wish' combination.
