Shame it ended up as it did, unless it was already a scrap car/write off. -- Last edit: 2009-11-05 20:20:42 |

you really cant guess, when its a clarkson dvd and its an old car. |

Yes, it does get destroyed, but it isn't really that old, compared with the other 4WD vehicles used in the same feature, which were considerbly older. Unless, as I said, it was already due to be scrapped anyway. Mind you, Clarkson is known for destroying even new cars, so I suppose we shouldn't be too surpised. |

Unless, as I said, it was already due to be scrapped anyway. Unlikely, as 75% of all LRs made are still on the road. Still a £9k car too. |

It maybe in the same catogery as the EVO they had on TG. belonged to Drug dealer or something of the like, and had to be destroyed. |

Wouldn't be hard to get the thing back on the road again though, unless the engine was destroyed. Check the reg again in 12 months. -- Last edit: 2010-10-27 12:57:05 |

Date of liability might just mean it is SORNed until April 2011. Hope it was repaired though, was too nice to get blown up. ![]() Weird how the 2 worst 4x4s didn't get destroyed. |

Wouldn't the DVLA listing say 'SORN - licence not due'? |

You are correct sir ![]() |
