Those hubcaps were introduced in '81 and starting in '83 the turn lights were clear so that makes this an '81 or '82. The only way to be sure would be the grill, but since this one has an aftermarket 'RR' grill can't really tell from these photos. |

I assume an 11-year-old Cadillac like this was considered far more expensive and fancy in China at the time than it was here in North America. |
