This was not standard on 1937 cars but only available at extra cost and few 1937 cars had it ,but it became standard in 1938 so the probability is higher that it is a 1938 model year .I \'d go for a 1938 Willys Standard 4-door sedan ( the economy series , small hubcaps , no rims)
