Looks like a Lincoln to me - '50 or '51. |

The grille (also here /vehicle_258105.html ) I think is for '50. And what looks in main pic wide chrome between the hand and the body of the man, would be for a 1950 Lincoln Cosmopolitan 4-door Sport Sedan [0EH-74] but better an opinion from an expert |

This is actually one of the nine 1950 Lincolns built for the White House by Henney. On a 145" wheelbase the seemingly vinyl top is actaully a pyroxlin-coated fabric. |
