It's definitely a 1938. 1937 had thinner horizontal grille bars. The long body pegs it as either a Series 80 Roadmaster or, more likely, a Series 90 Limited (model 91, four-door sedan?) |

1938 Buick Limited Series 90 .It may be a model 91 six passenger ,90 eight passenger or 90-L limousine , difficult to make out without a view of the interior. |
