It has lots of chrome around the windshield and windows and the bodyside, the hallmarks of a higher-spec model but maybe the plain Deluxe also had those features. Can't make out the badge on the side of the bonnet that would be definitively telling.

The second picture linked, if it's the same car, could well be a Special Deluxe. It has lots of chrome around the windshield and windows and the bodyside, the hallmarks of a higher-spec model but maybe the plain Deluxe also had those features. Can't make out the badge on the side of the bonnet that would be definitively telling.
