Probably a Light Six Model DY or DX, 1935/6. Two strips down bonnet and wire wheels are identification points. -- Last edit: 2009-11-24 19:39:43 |

Agree, this is a Vauxhall Light Six. Can anyone see the wiperarms? If they are fixed on the upper side of the windscreen, it´s buildt between 1933 and 1935. If they are fixed on the lower side of the windscreen, it´s buildt between 1935 and 1938. |

I would suggest that this is the DY or DX model as the radiator is set further forward rather than between the front mudguards as it would have been on the earlier ASY or ASX Light Six, and the front wheel appears to lean inwards at the top indicating the Dubonnet IFS. We can also discount the 1937/8 model which had pressed steel wheels. |
