Why Islero? |

It seems matching whith an Islero, indeed... but I didn't find any clues about a cabriolet/spider/convertible version of it |

No trace from me either of a factory convertible. There is a converted spider in California, #6279 recorded as black with cream leather and non-S ( http://lamborghini-islero.com/database/ , http://www.lamborghiniregistry.nl/default.asp?010030000000/001 ) but no info of origin or any colour change. |

Not aware of a convertible ever being made either, I don't think it's a convertible at all, it's just the angle the photo is taken from that makes it look like one. The rear pillars were very slim and the rear window very wide and deep. Anyway, there's too much of the roof showing above the windscreen rail for it to be convertible, it's just a "standard" coupe. Well that's my opinion for what it's worth :-) |

No convertible, it's the Islero s/n 6330 from the Lamborghini Museum Link to "blogger.googleusercontent.com" |
