 Either the car is a 1971 with several unoriginal parts, or a 1973 with the plate of a 1971 model

 If the plate says 1971 it probably is one. It was common practice in the eighties to make home made facelifts to make the car look newer. It has seats from a 240 which gives a hint that it has undergone some modifications.

yes, and the taillights are from 1973 as the front fenders cornerlamps grill etc.
