2491tj ◊ 2009-12-12 19:59	US Army HIMARS mounted on US Army FMTV 5 ton truck....on issue to US Army since 2002 HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System),is the lightweight airportable version of the US M270 MLRS tracked launcher system. Airportable so it can be driven in and out of the US C/130 Aircraft HIMARS is mounted on 5 ton US FMTV (Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles). various contractors built the truck all to a standard pattern.....without looking at the engine.....its an unknown. -- Last edit: 2009-12-12 20:05:31
