1964-1965 Studebaker for sure. The side trim looks much too narrow to be a Cruiser or a Daytona, and the quad headlights rules out the '64 Challenger and '64 Commander. Based on the that I highly suspect this to be a 1965 Commander.

As far as I know, all '65 Studebakers were built in Canada.

OK.
All Studebakers built after the December 1963 South Bend shut-down were assembled in Hamilton, Ontario.
Dual lamps were used on all 1965 Studebakers but were optional on '64 Challengers and Commanders.
They were standard on Daytonas and Cruisers both years.
The pictured car could be either a '65 or a '64 with the dual lamp option.
Commander is correct via narrow side trim, as Cougar pointed out.
