Cherokee was sold from January 1993 here, but I don't think they were able to push them that heavily (dealer network etc) until 1994. This one looks a bit suspicious with the film being partly filmed in Bulgaria and looking like it has a steering wheel on both sides but I searched some possible plates and found a match.
