This one has the distinction of having doors with the front handles directly behind the cowl, and the other spaced far back. Chalmers is one make I have found that has that, but I haven't found a Chalmers with this kind of molding yet. Possibly a Studebaker as they had it too. -- Last edit: 2019-01-30 19:05:21 |

This is because the doors are hinged at the centre, making the front door to open rearwards and the back door to open forwards. The position of the handles is therefore determined by the position of the locks. |
