Such a car stand around in the showroom of the Opel-dealer in the next village ( http://www.opel-hueppe.org/page11.php ). Plus ca.4-5 other pre-war Opels (IIRC the oldest is from 1903 ) and a handful of post-war-models (at the time 3x GT, a 1951 Kapitän and a Commodore A Coupé. But only for looking, not for sale. |

I think many dealerships have collections of special or classic cars near the entrance just to get people to look on the "normal" cars that are for sale. The dealership that is closest to where I live (http://www.kayttoauto.fi/WebRoot/1005462/City.aspx?id=1006445) used to have a Lamborghini Gallardo on display in the window of their Audi-building (by the way they have quite an interesting selection of makes: Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and BMW as well as Volvo trucks). The dealership next to it ( http://www.rjauto.fi/ ) has a 1924 Citroën, a Ferrari F355 and a DeLorean DMC-12 on display, although the Ferrari is also for sale if someone pays them enough -- Last edit: 2011-04-11 00:04:55 |

Lets hope they don't take the double meaning and send you a Nitrous Oxide kit |

I'll see what I can do. Their part prices often have a "official dealer bonus" so I usually get parts for my car from other places and haven't visited them in a while, but maybe I can drive over there someday, 12 km should not be impossible -- Last edit: 2011-04-11 00:35:14 |

Non-valid license plate A12039. A = Stockholms stad. This number belonged to a 1939 Chevrolet truck in 1957. |
