The 2007 through 2009 models have a yellow Flex Fuel badge on the lower right corner of the rear hatch, 2010-2012 models have a green Flex Fuel badge on the lower right of the hatch. 2013-2014 models don't have one, but can still run E85, GM just got rid of the badge to save a few bucks.
