Yes it is a Marmon seen from the grille .The high body with 90° angles, front and rear "suicide" doors and the beltline molding point to a 1926 Marmon Six with the standard closed body. |

Wire wheels and lack of drum headlights indicate that this is infact not newer than 1922. |

It doesn't seem to be the Harley-Davidson behind the Marmon. Any thoughts on the two cars parked behind, please? Vehicle in front presumably a police car, and that behind a type of Model T Ford? |

I suppose the bike must be the parked Model J, later in the scene. Looking at one or two other shots, I thought the car at the rear might be early Model A Ford but it has enamelled vs. bright metal radiator shell. |
