The shot is grainy but it appears to have the 2003-2007 grille. If you look closely the blue Ford oval appears to be in the middle. In that case this would probably be a 2003 model as I believe the very early ones had the older style clear side turn signal lenses. Since it's a Class II ambulance, this would have to be an E-350 Super Duty. |
