It's most likely a conversion. These chrome 'gills' on the front wing were often used by noted coachbuilder Dario Casale on his funeral cars, so he might hav had a hand in this. Maybe a mourning car? Mybe a matching funeral coach existed (sigh..)? |

It is a special limousine body on the Lancia Aurelia base ca 1954.Will have to search for coachbuilder.Certainly not an Appia .these were far too small for the exercise! |

There seems to be a coachbuilder´s badge on the front fender, but I can´t identify. |
