 I'm guessing that it would have to be an F-Series Super Duty if its a dually?

 Well since no one else commented, I'm just about 100% sure that this is a 1999-2004 Ford F-Series Super Duty. I wish I could read the license plate. Do the F-250's also come with the dually option? Because if not then this would have to be an F-350.
