That means either it was not road registered for a long time after it was built and there is no record of the date of manufacture, or its a bitsa made up from several vehicles. I'd guess the former and that whoever registered it was too lazy to research its actual age, which is pretty easy for a complete and relatively unmolested ex-army Land Rover like this one.
