Agree with Commander 57. I think for the Caddy is better the pic actually used for scooter /vehicle_274083.html It's a Coupe DeVille because if we open and see the thumbnail submited above, we see some little script at the upper body belt just forward of the rear window pillar and just where the roof (white here) ends. There is some mess with i.e. this Cadillac year, because Coupe DeVille was inside Series 62. I would list this one as 1955 Cadillac Coupe DeVille [6237DX] but also could be listed as 1955 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe de Ville, in fact there is a classification for this in the site but I would prefer that a possible change of classification of this should be studied by Animatronixx and MrCadillac |

1955 "Coupe de Ville". There's no need to add "Series 62", although, strictly speaking, as Vilero says, the "Coupe de Ville" fell into the general 1955 category, "Series 62". But so did the "Eldorado". Would you refer to that model as a "Series 62 Eldorado"? I don't think so. |
