yes it definitely is. We had this version on imcdb yet. It actually looks like a GMC with a Chevy badge on it :D but it is a Mexican Chevy Suburban.

No worries, it's good information as I was under the impression the 4-door Tahoe/Silverado wasn't sold in Mexico until 2000.
