 Gilera for sure, probably late 1930's. But which model? If the second picture is really the same bike, then the exhaust at the left side is puzzling me. Usually Gilera's had the exhaust at the right side at that time (VT500 Ottobulloni, Nettuno, Saturno)

Now I'm in doupt too wether it is the same bike. But in this scene we have the same actor with the same (or an other?) bike. The picture below shows some destails a little better.
