Could be a South Korean bus, of which there are many in the Russian Far East. Japanese buses have the doors on the wrong side. .gif ":)") |

Or maybe Chinese... Notable are these small side windows, very Asiatic. In Russian buses i haven't seen such design, but who knows... Unfortunately in most sources, I own, buses have only portraits 3/4 from the front.  |
