The grille makes me think AM General FJ-8, but the placement of the turn signals seems off.

Well just look at the grill and the shape they match one seen on this link Link to "www.scrantonfire.com" which is referred to as a 1973 Boyertown.

The turn signal position, the grill, and the shape, all match a Boyertown, and I don't know what else it could be.

It's for sure Boyertown, probably from the end of '70.

The same body - but with divided windshield - was used to build 1978 Battronic Minivan Electric (name acc to the official tests):

Considering it is too small to be a Boyertown Merchandiser, and is unlikely to be a Boyertown Battronic Minivan because it has a grill, I think we should list it as Boyertown Postal Van.
