uberstriker ◊ 2015-10-17 04:49	I read a random tidbit of trivia on IMDB. Someone wrote that the filmmakers intended to use a '70 Plymouth Superbird for Kowalski's first car. But they opted for this '71 Road Runner instead because it was cheaper to utilize. Can anyone verify this?

Menace ◊ 2021-05-03 01:09	I bought this car in 97 from one of the producers. Had it for 3 years, a fun car. They were looking for the cheap way out. Movie ran over budget and was terrible, even with Viggo in it. Best part of the movie was the very short segment my car was in, in the beginning. Sold it late in 99 for cash in the middle of Woodley park on a Sunday at a Mopar car event. Guy drove it home to San Francisco.
