1939. Looks short enough that it might be a series 1700 Six (122"wb) rather than the series 1701 Eight (127"wb) |

1939 Packard Six Convertible Coupe (Seventeenth Series model 1700 built september 1938 to august 1939).The 1701 Eights had different hood louvres. |

This is either a 1938 or 1939 Packard 120 (Eight) Convertible Coupe. This can be concluded from the wide bumper guards, cams on the headlights and the long chromed side louvres. Unfortunately the picture is so unclear that you can not tell the year from the door handles that are different on the -38 and -39 models. |
