That´s correct, from 1938 the base model is called Roadking |

The more expensive P-6 model was the Deluxe. The P-5 initially was called the \"Business\" model. For whatever reason, customers objected to that name. In response, Plymouth changed it to Roadking in March, 1938. It was used for only three model years - 1938, 1939 and 1940. There is a Harley-Davidson motorcycle model also called Roadking. |
