 1930 Model A 4 dr. sedan, not a Chrysler and definitely not a Chevrolet.

typhlosion hit the nail halfway in - it's a 1928/29 mopar with Ford A wheels, by the triple hood louvers either a Dodge or a DeSoto. I don't recognize the grille from any of them-
