I can't see what the badge says myself. If it's unreadable then this could be an XJ6. I tried going on the French numberplate site on the links page but I don't know how to use it (do you have to pay?) |

I doubt it would help. Most number plates in French films are actually fakes. |

You can't look up French number plates anyway. The site you're talking about estimates the date of registration based on observations of when number sequences were issued. |

IMO badge reads Sovereign. The top word is noticeably longer than the engine designation, the engine designation is more difficult to make out, I'd say 4.2, but it's not so clear. |
