![]() Badge on the pillar says Targa. Could it be both a Carrera and a Targa? -- Last edit: 2012-07-03 23:58:12 |

No, it is a Targa with Carrera decals stuck on. |

Of course it could be a 911 Carrera targa. Looks like a customized version though with the decals. Since the targa roll bar is not in black it is either one of the older models or another customization. |

Hi, and thank's for your site. You're right : it's a 911 Carrera 3.0 Targa (and not a 2.7l). "Carrera" stuck on the car is just a decal. |

That's no Carrera - not even a 911 Carrera 3.0 Targa - the only year they didn't had a rear spoiler are the German/European 74 Carrera Targas - but those European had a different front fender (turning lights) - so this is for sure a US-car. The rear fender is no Carrera fender, too - it follows the wheel all the way. So for sure no Carrera. The year may be a 75 - that's the only year with stainless brushed roll bar and the bigger mirrows - or it's modified as "pesho" mentioned. |

But it has black, so 1976+ window-chrome. So a cobbled mongrel? |
