electra225 ◊ 2010-03-24 15:04	In the main picture there is a British built 1965 Morris Mini Minor MkI (Look at the bumper and grille!). In the small pictures it is an Italian built '66 Innocenti Mini Minor. I remember well the film in which they used these two slightly different cars, sure nobody, with few exceptions, could notice it!!! When Innocenti began to sell its own Mini, Morris languished in Italian sellings, since they cost about two third more and with that money You could buy here a middle size sedan, as a Fiat 124 (similar to the Hillman Hunter). Austin Minis were sold just untill 1961. Morris untill 1969. UK Mini as a badge between 1969 and 1972; since late '74 arrived only the Clubman Estate and the saloons than again for few months in the summer of 1976. Mini saloon arrived eventually in the spring of 1982 to remain untill the end of the production in 2000. -- Last edit: 2010-03-24 15:10:07

targhediferro ◊ 2015-12-10 13:21	The plate number AL 269231 is not correct; it cames from 1973-4 and so it couldn't be issued yet in 1966.
