 Ferrari 400 is one possibility- at least, it debuted in 1976. But then again I think Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 is more probable as it went into production in 1972 and had exactly a rear end like this one.

 It’s definitely a Ferrari 365GT4/2+2, determined by three rear lights on each side. The later 400 has two bigger ones on each side.
