It's a 1956+ Morris Minor 1000, but, to throw us off the trail, the engine cover is from a 1949 to 1953 Series MM. |

For sure not a Trabant... I'd say it's some BMC [ADO16], Austin or Morris 1100. Since early 1963 these were assembled in NZ. |

Im a younger American, I dont see cars like these.....They all look like something else to my eyes.Trabants have become iconic so we know those.I WISH we had stuff like that here. |

Red bottom right is 1968+ ADO16 Mk2; there's also a beige Morris 1100 Mk1 under the Minor on the left. Blue (camper?) van looks like Marina-based (though local Ford/Holden could have similar lines?) and the blue saloon alongside without bonnet looks a bit BL Princess-ish. A BMC graveyard. |
