That's a Mercury Grand Marquis stretch limousine, those are popular in Mexico for some reason.

Not a Ford. Notice the Mercury badging on the back, and the 1988-91 was sold in Mexico as a Mercury.

ReeceTheFanBoy wrote and the 1988-91 was sold in Mexico as a Mercury.

That is incorrect, according to the article below. The Grand Marquis wasn't sold at all in Mexico from 1985-1991.

Quote The commercial life of the Gran Marquis was really short, since due to a decree that prohibited eight-cylinder engines it was only available until 1984. However, only those two years that it was officially for sale in Mexico were enough for it to become a an endearing legend and symbol of luxury that has endured through the years. It has even become part of our identity.

Quote By the way, for 1985, the Ford Grand Marquis would be indirectly replaced in Mexico by the Cougar , also of Mercury origin. After some years of absence, this car would return to our country in 1992 in order to claim what was his one day. Although it was on sale until the beginning of the new millennium and although it enjoyed good popularity, its successors failed to cause the same impact as the original model.

That's what I was mistaken about. I thought they were sold just as Mercury's. Glad this cleared things up.
