The Ford on the left is a 74. This is a really good shot comparing the two years of Custom 500s; note the script on c-pillar and trunk lid that is not present in 73. |

This scene-clip was originally from a "Charlie's Angels" episode--from the Fifth Season ("Taxi Angels")! The Angels help the Archer Cab Co. to find out who's been sabotaging the cabs and trying to put them out of business. I guess "Hunter" borrowed this scene of old Ford Customs for one of its episodes?? ^ I was about to say, it would be strange for a cab company (or any company with fleet vehicles) to still be using early-70s Ford Custom 500's much later in the 1980's... ![]() |
