SixtiesSwing ◊ 2021-09-05 07:23	I remember seeing this on HBO, and how this sequence was a nonsensical waste of a decent car. 1965 was not my favorite model year, but decades on, this is even more painful. The white walls were absurd on this car. Cars by 1965 had a narrow whitewall. There was a negative precedent set by Animal House with that anachronism '64 Lincoln at Faber College in 1962. License to Drive is a pile of crap movie where both these "borrowing the relative's Lincoln" for a date was fleshed out into a movie, although in that case a Cadillac.
