1939/1940 Fleetwood 75, I suppose. Formal Sedan or Formal Limousine?

 Having checked again , it is a 1940 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 formal sedan and not a 1939 :it has the bright oblong fender lights and dubble row of hoodlouvres.Sorry for mistake due to fuzzy front details.
