By the dash-board, it's a DS, but I'm not sure of the year. certainly not a 1960 YM, as it miss the additionnal grills on the front wings.

 The raised dashboard (to make the installation of a radio possible) was, afaik, introduced for model year 1959 (by Radiomatic).
