However, I cannot tell whether it's a regular-length model or a long wheel base (LWB) model. However, I can say for certain that the one in the thumbnail is a 2002+ Commercial Taxi Package LWB [P70] model.

Assuming that the taxi in the main image is a real NYC one, it would be a 2001-2002 model. However, I cannot tell whether it's a regular-length model or a long wheel base (LWB) model.
However, I can say for certain that the one in the thumbnail is a 2002+ Commercial Taxi Package LWB [P70] model.
