The official name for the cargo version is Tradesman.

Driven by the "Freeway Fiddler Killer" due to the fact he would play Bluegrass Fiddle music before and during his attacks.

That and in some scenes, parts of the driver are shown and in one scene, the van's V8 engine is shown next to the driver's foot.

Yes, it's crazy to see that the engine has not any hood inside the van. Must be very hot and noisy while driving it.
