 It could be a 1968 Lola T150 or a 1969 Lola T152.
(And yes, Indy stuff in my opinion too.)

 from thier design I would say time period is 1966-1970 because from 71 onwards they had wings

 Have renamed as Scorpion and removed Gilmore due to photo/text here - http://artpollard.tripod.com/1970.html - which has same car as Quick Start Scorpion the previous year. So Scorpion as make, Quick Start and then Gilmore just sponsors.
