Ok,wait. According to info that I can obtain, Jelcz 574 is not an actual truck, but rather specialized van body on its chassis, which is of course Star. Now I'm really confused. |

Not so strange. Simply final product is Jelcz 574, built with use of Star made components. These old 574 were even badged just as Jelcz. And, as you could see, "574 Z" doesn't indicate body, body = N-117 and theoretically could be diffrent. The same thing is with fire trucks. Originally I listed them as Star... But back then, these were one of the longest names in the database consisted of: Star make, type name of the Star chassis, code, make of the body (Jelcz), name of the body type plus naming used by the fire brigade. And in ID or brochures was just Jelcz... |
