I cannot find out, when Opel started to build trucks. This one is from the WWI. Wiki begins with the Blitz of the 30ies: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opel_Blitz#Lkw Only at the last topic "Markteinordnung" you read the small notice, that Opel-trucks had a good reputation since the 20ies. |

It's a fake. Don' believe in such a cab and frontdecoration. There has never been such a Radiator or motor-Hood. Opel Always used Badges - never such a printed/stamped logo. Opel produced delivery cars since the beginnung 1899 and started to offer trucks about 1907. Opel grew up to the biggest manufacturer of Military trucks in WW I. Opel Blitz started as a new make in 1931 and was the best truck since 1975. |
