Wikipedia says about the 2003-2005 Neon: "for Mexico it was ... sold as a Chrysler with either the 1.6- or 2.0-liter engine and European-style taillights (with separate amber indicator lights), except for the R/T model, which was a Dodge, with U.S.-style taillights." I think the R/T had foglights, so this is probably a Chrysler. |
