Is this really an S600? The S600 name was used in 1994-1998 as I far as I know, but this has the 1991-1993 bumper, grille, cladding and taillights. The V12 logo is also missing. I highly doubt anyone will take them off.

Indeed pre-1994, long-wheelbase model (chassis code should be V140). I agree it's probably not a 600 due to the missing badges.

Uhmmm, I think W140 is still the chassis code for the SEL models, I think that the V140 goes for the limousine models only. Im not that sure. Anyway, same as the other ''S600'' too. Could be a 300, 400, and 500 SEL, I also think this is repainted, same goes to the others aswell.

Wikipedia uses V140 for the SEL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_W140

Of all the W140s from this movie that are listed this is likely a 600SEL.The smudge where the V12 badge is there. Not sure about tis placement though.

It is the 600 V12.

How do you know it is the 600? It didn't sound like a V12 in the movie, and there's not any sign that identifies it as a 600.
They never show the gear selector wich in the 600 is fully wooden and the V12 badges on the C pillars and 600SEL logo over the glovebox are missing!!

where are the demonstrations that this is a 600 v12??because all the badges are missing and in the movie they do not say

Engine sounds are often dubbed in movies

No concrete proofs that it's a 600 actually, I'd rename it as SEL (it's a long wheelbase model, isn't it?)

And same for the other two S-Klasses:

Simple thing: it's repainted.

They weren't painted over, of course, they were replaced.

Definitely 1991-1994 model by the cladding, bumpers and trunk. Indeed a V140 LWB model. I believe we have elected to simply list as S-Klasse L over S-Klasse SEL. Either way is fine to me.
