They likely wouldn't say that for a Runway Sweeping Vehicle; especially one from the 1950's. This appears to have belonged to the Air National Guard so it depends on what U.S. State this was filmed in.

The code on the side reads '59C 12'. 1959 could be the year?

 this is problematic now , it seems original source was wrong !! and Consolidated-Electric has nothing to do with it

we have here clearly Fruehauf Cole-Vac written on it

Quote Cole-Vac, a newly developed airfield vacuum cleaner, has been designed by the Coleman Engineering Co to clean as much as 1,000,000 square feet of runway an hour, cruising along at 25mph. Freuhauf Trailer Co is producing the cleaner. it will suck up large gravel, nuts, bolts and cans which can damage jet engines.



so the producer is Freuhauf

they did mostly truck trailers from what I gather
