MAN body/engine, but carrosserie by another manufacturer. The shape doesn't look like Lions' Coach/Lion's Star series. |

This one kept me busy some time... ![]() I think it's a King Long (manufacturer) "Century Star" (series) - XMQ6892 (model numbers) - there are 4 models, according to the web pages: "XMQ6892C/6892CB/6892F/6892FB" http://www.king-long.com.cn/ENproduct_show36.asp http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_Long According to Wikipedia, King Long seems to have used MAN engines. But they now use more Cummins/Nissan products, their web presence tells. And they seem to have phased out this design. So we have manufacturer no. # 1100 ![]() |

To make it a little more complicated: This bus shown above is manufactured by Xiamen King Long, which sells them in foreign countries as 'King Long' only. There is also a company named "Suzhou King Long", which is not connected (or only loosely connected) to Xiamen King Long, but manufactures buses, too: http://www.kinglong-sz.com.cn |
