Probably a Czech Panzer 38t derivative? |

It is the American Car & Foundry M5, probably version M5A1 (1942-44). |

another turretless "Kangaroo" artillery tractor, retro fitted with turret and replica gun |

Not quite, the Kangaroo's were on the M4 chassis (normally either an M7 Priest without the gun or a Ram or Sherman tank without a turret), however they did use M5's as artillery tractors without turrets |

That swastika is actually typical for Finnish tanks (not being a Nazi symbol in the Finnish use), while German tanks used simple crosses only ;-) |

Turret is fake, so it's impossible to tell if it's an M5 or M5A1. |
